Our Belgian-style white ale brewed with dried orange flesh & peel, fresh-cut lemongrass, a bit of coriander, peppercorns & a healthy dose of good karma. The ingredients in our recipes come from the earth and the oven. They come from interfering and letting be. We use local and natural ingredients wherever possible, and our recipes are blissfully inefficient. We pay premium prices for grains, herbs, spices and fruits. For us brewing is not about automation, but passion and imagination. We wrap our work because we are proud to make something with our own hands.
